Me and my husband always wanted a fireplace in our new home so we went to NYC fireplace. They did an amazing job guiding us and designing the perfect fireplace for our home. They guided me to a purchase of a grill that has the flexibility to build upon when we decide to build our outdoor kitchen. Sal and team pointed out differences with Grills in there beautiful showroom never pushing one grill over another rather guiding me to the right decision. They delivered and installed the grill in record time. I can’t recommend them enough.

NYC Fireplaces and Outdoor Kitchens did an exceptional job upgrading the insert in our fireplace and modernizing the look of it by adding bifold glass doors, encased in a beautiful decorative frame. We were very pleased with the customer service that we received from Sal from start to finish. Sal was very helpful in explaining the process and answered all of our questions. The installers who came to our home were very professional and courteous. They took care to keep the work area clean and were very thorough in explaining how to use our new remote start, and what to do if the pilot light went out. After the job was completed, Sal reached out to us to see if we were satisfied with the work and if we had any further questions.
