After weeks of shopping for a fireplace and people not calling me back or telling me everything was out of stock for months or on back order, I came across this company. Luca was very professional, he got me a fireplace within two days when everyone else was tell me MONTHS. I had a seamless, stress free experience with this company and I would recommend them to everyone. I was concerned about no parking space in that area when I made my appointment and the company held a parking space for me for when I arrived. I had an amazing experience with this company and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

I was blown away when I called an the owner actually picked up the phone after hours and spent time with me and invited me to visit the showroom. “Amazing Service” is still not a strong enough saying to describe this incredible family run business. Sal truly understands the importance of providing you with an experience that makes you glad you took the time to call them. The knowledge of the staff from the person who answers the phone to delivery and installation was outstanding. They guided me to a purchase of a grill that has the flexibility to build upon when we decide to build our outdoor kitchen. Sal and team pointed out differences with Grills in there beautiful showroom never pushing one grill over another rather guiding me to the right decision. They delivered and installed the grill in record time. I can’t recommend them enough.
