Excellent customer service, the two young men arrived early and assembled the oven and put it in place. They were very respectful and did and excellent job assembling the cart. Nice to do business with a smaller family run business that values their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure everything goes smoothly… Highly recommended!

NYC Fireplaces and Outdoor Kitchens did an exceptional job upgrading the insert in our fireplace and modernizing the look of it by adding bifold glass doors, encased in a beautiful decorative frame. We were very pleased with the customer service that we received from Sal from start to finish. Sal was very helpful in explaining the process and answered all of our questions. The installers who came to our home were very professional and courteous. They took care to keep the work area clean and were very thorough in explaining how to use our new remote start, and what to do if the pilot light went out. After the job was completed, Sal reached out to us to see if we were satisfied with the work and if we had any further questions. Luca was very professional, he got me a fireplace within two days when everyone else was tell me MONTHS.
